Welcome to Thyme Cleaning Co. By booking a service or using our website at bookthyme.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Thyme Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in the Los Angeles area. All services are performed by independent contractors who have been screened and onboarded by Thyme Cleaning Co. The specific scope of each clean is determined at the time of booking based on service type, home size, and condition.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written or SMS confirmation from Thyme Cleaning Co. A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment. No charge is made until after your service is completed, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48+ hours before service: 25% cancellation fee

24–48 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee

Less than 4 hours before service or no-show: 100% of the service fee charged
A same-day booking fee of $35 applies to all bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
4. Our Guarantee
We stand behind every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area of your home that was included in your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the original service scope.
5. Access to Your Home
You agree to provide our cleaning specialists with safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time. If access cannot be obtained, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Thyme Cleaning Co. to charge your card for the agreed service amount and any applicable fees. All prices are listed in USD.
7. Damage Policy
Our cleaning specialists take great care in your home. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will work with you in good faith to address the situation. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile, improperly secured, or high-value items that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thyme Cleaning Co.'s liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
9. No Solicitation of Cleaners
By booking with Thyme Cleaning Co., you agree not to directly hire or solicit any cleaning specialist introduced to you through our service for a period of 12 months following your last booking. A referral fee may apply if you wish to hire a specialist directly.
10. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
